qqqe Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the qqqe platform — whether through the website at qqqe.club, the qqqe mobile app, or any other qqqe service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use qqqe.

These terms apply to all users of qqqe, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform, and anyone who interacts with qqqe content or services. Using qqqe in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these terms, even if you have not completed the registration process.

qqqe may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. To use qqqe, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

qqqe reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, qqqe may suspend or permanently close your account. Any winnings accumulated during a period where eligibility requirements were not met may be forfeited.

To access the full range of qqqe services — including deposits, withdrawals, and game play — you must register for an account. Registration is free and takes approximately two minutes.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, a working phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

• Each person may hold only one qqqe account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact qqqe support immediately at [email protected].
• qqqe is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your qqqe account to another person.

qqqe may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.

qqqe accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and other payment methods listed on the deposit page of your account. All deposits are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). There are no currency conversion fees on deposits made through supported local payment methods.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your qqqe account balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• qqqe does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name.
• qqqe reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if the source of funds cannot be verified.
• All funds deposited into qqqe are held in a segregated player funds account, separate from qqqe's operational funds.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the withdrawal section of your qqqe account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers.
• qqqe does not charge withdrawal fees on mobile banking transfers to bKash or Nagad.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays.
• qqqe reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or inconsistent with normal account activity.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full details.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within 60 minutes of submission, please contact qqqe support at [email protected] with your withdrawal reference number. The support team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

qqqe offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that meet the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• qqqe reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other method that violates the spirit of the promotion will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

All games available on qqqe — including Mini Baccarat, Dino Hunter, Ultra Treasure, Plinko, Live Casino tables, Sports Events, and Esports betting — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. These individual rules are supplementary to these Terms and Conditions.

qqqe uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined mathematically and cannot be influenced by qqqe, the player, or any third party. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and reflect the actual long-term statistical return of each game.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• qqqe's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the complaints process outlined in Section 14.
• Sports and esports bet settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. qqqe reserves the right to void bets where results are disputed or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are accepted at qqqe's discretion and may be voided if placed after the relevant outcome has been determined.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqqe. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with qqqe games or systems in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use qqqe for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are not valid and will be reversed.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing qqqe staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

qqqe monitors account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be reviewed by the compliance team. During a review, withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended. qqqe will communicate the outcome of any review to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

qqqe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules, and the resulting balance will be paid out.

qqqe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. qqqe is not responsible for losses caused by:

• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Device failures or software incompatibilities on the player's device.
• Delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures beyond qqqe's control.

Nothing in these terms limits qqqe's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
